Your first five minutes
Create a form, get one story approved, and put it on a page.
Create your account
Sign up at /signup with an email and password, or Google or Apple if your team has set them up. A workspace is created for you.
Set your name, logo and colour
Under Settings, General. New forms and widgets start with this logo and brand colour, so you set it once.
Make a collection form
Under Intake forms. Choose text or video, and decide whether to ask for a rating. Copy the form's link and send it to a happy customer by message, email or anywhere else.
Approve what comes in
New praise lands in Praise as Pending. Read it, edit it if you need to fix a typo, and approve it. Editing a quote for length is fine; changing what it means is not.
Show it
Create a widget under Widgets and wall, copy its embed snippet, and paste it into your site. Or turn on your Wall of Love for a ready-made public page.
