How praise flows
From a customer typing it to a visitor reading it.
- Collected. A customer fills in a form or request link, you add it by hand, you import it, or it arrives through the API or an AI app.
- Pending. It waits in Praise. Your team gets a notification email.
- Approved or Rejected. You decide. Rejected praise is kept but never shown.
- Shown. Approved praise appears on any widget whose source includes it, on its own share page, and on your Wall of Love.
Permission
When you add or import praise you can record that the person said you may share it. The box starts unticked. It is a record for you; KikoPraise does not block approval if it is unticked, so be honest with it.
Sources
Each story remembers where it came from: a form, an email request, a manual add, a spreadsheet import, the API, an AI app, or the browser extension. A link to the original post, if there is one, is shown as the credit.
