Collect praise
Intake forms
A public page where a customer writes or records their praise.
Create forms under Intake forms. Each has its own link, in the form /c/<id>.
What you can set
- Text, video, or both.
- A rating step.
- A step for unhappy customers, so private feedback does not become public praise.
- Your logo, brand colour and wording.
- Auto-approve, which publishes new submissions without review. It is off by default; leave it off unless you trust every person who can open the link.
Receipts
If a customer gives an email address, they get a thank-you receipt. At most one receipt is sent per address, per workspace, per day. The address is never shown publicly.
Video
Videos are served exactly as uploaded and are not re-encoded, so a very large phone video will be large for your visitors too. Ask for short clips.
Pausing
Pause a form to stop new submissions without deleting it or its link.
