Add and import praise
Bring in kind words that never came through a form.
Open Add praise on the Praise page. There are three ways.
Write one by hand
For praise that arrived by email, DM, phone call or in person. Fill in what they said and who said it. A platform and link are only asked for when the praise is public, because the platform is shown as the credit.
Read one from a link
Paste the link to a review or a post. KikoPraise reads review data or the page's preview text when the site allows it and fills in the form for you to check. Nothing is saved automatically.
Many sites block automated readers. X, Reddit and G2 often do. When that happens, KikoPraise still detects the platform from the link and asks you for the wording.
Import a spreadsheet
Upload a CSV. KikoPraise guesses the column for each field from your header row and lets you correct it. You see a preview, choose a group and a status for the whole batch, and get a report afterwards listing any skipped row with its number and the reason.
- Up to 500 rows per import.
- Handles quoted fields, line breaks inside fields, comma, semicolon and tab separators, ratings written as
5/5or with stars, and day-first dates such as 03/04/2026. - Importing the same file again adds nothing twice.
Starting state
Everything you add starts as Pending with permission unticked, unless you choose otherwise in the dialog. Nothing is published until you approve it.
