KikoPraise helps businesses collect and display testimonials. This page says what we store, who sees it, and how you can have it deleted.

Two kinds of people

Customers of KikoPraise have an account and a workspace. Contributors are people who leave praise through a form, a request link or an import. For contributor data, the customer decides what is collected and shown; we store it on their behalf.

What we collect

  • Account: name, email address and a hashed password, or the profile Google or Apple returns if you sign in with them.
  • Workspace: its name, logo, brand colour, and settings such as your Wall of Love and API keys (keys are stored hashed).
  • Praise: the words, rating, author name, title and company, a photo, a screenshot or video if provided, the source link, and whether permission to share was recorded.
  • A contributor's email address, only if they give it. It is used to send a receipt, is never shown publicly, and is never returned by the public form.
  • Requests you send: recipient names and email addresses, and whether the link was opened or completed.
  • One session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies and no trackers.

What is public

Only praise that the workspace owner has approved appears on widgets, share pages and a Wall of Love. Pending and rejected praise is never public.

Who processes it

  • Email delivery: Resend.
  • File storage for logos, photos, screenshots and video: Cloudflare R2.
  • Our database and hosting providers.
  • Google or Apple, only if you choose to sign in with them.

We do not sell personal data.

Webhooks and API

If a workspace owner adds a webhook, praise events (including contributor names and text) are sent to the address they choose. That address is theirs, not ours.

Your choices

  • Export your data and delete your account from Settings. Deleting removes the workspace, all praise, and every stored file.
  • Edit or delete any piece of praise from the dashboard.
  • Contributors who want their words removed should ask the business that collected them; we can also help.
