Testimonials for SaaS, collected while users are happy

Ask from your onboarding email or straight from your code, approve the replies, and put them on the pages where people decide to pay. New praise appears without a deploy.

From a happy user to your pricing page

  1. 1

    Ask at the right moment

Put your form link in the day-14 onboarding email, or create a tracked request from the REST API when a user hits a milestone.

  2. 2

    Approve what comes back

Every reply lands as Pending. Fix a typo, tag it by plan or feature, then approve it.

  3. 3

    Embed it once

Publish a widget and paste two lines of HTML on your pricing page. Approved stories show up there on their own from then on.

Built for a product team

Works from your own code

Create requests and read approved testimonials over a REST API. Signed webhooks tell you when a request is opened, completed or approved.

Won't break your styling

Widgets render in their own frame, so your CSS can't break them and they can't break your page. React, Next.js, Webflow and plain HTML all take the same snippet.

Pull in what users already said

Import a CSV of existing reviews, or save praise from X with the browser extension. It all goes through the same approval queue.

Manage it from your AI app

Connect Claude, Cursor or another MCP client and ask it how many testimonials are pending, or to add one from a support thread.

Questions about this

How do I collect testimonials from SaaS users automatically?

Put a KikoPraise form link in an onboarding or milestone email, or call the REST API to create a personal request when something good happens, such as a closed support ticket. Each request is tracked from sent to opened to completed.

Can I show testimonials on my pricing page?

Yes. Publish a widget, choose which stories or groups it shows, and paste the snippet into your pricing page. Seven layouts are available, including a grid, a carousel and a single spotlight quote.

Does it work with React or Next.js?

Yes. The embed is a script tag and a div, and it renders in its own frame, so it works in React, Next.js, Webflow, Framer or plain HTML. Where scripts are stripped there is an iframe version.

Can I trigger testimonial requests from my app?

Yes. The REST API creates requests, and signed webhooks notify your server when one is opened, completed or approved, so you can react in your own tools.

How much does KikoPraise cost?

You can sign up and start collecting for free, with no card. Paid plans have not been published yet.
