Terms of service

Last updated 8 October 2026

By creating an account or using KikoPraise you agree to these terms. They are meant to be readable.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and workspace, including API keys you create.

Your content

You own the content you add. You give us permission to store it and show it as you configure (widgets, share pages, your Wall of Love) so the service can work. Only add or publish praise you have the right to use.

Real praise only

  • Do not publish fabricated testimonials or attribute words to someone who did not say them.
  • Do not publish someone's words, name or photo against their wishes. Remove it when asked.
  • Editing a quote for length is your call; changing its meaning is not.

Not allowed

  • Illegal, abusive or harassing content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Sending email requests to people who have not dealt with you, or in bulk to scraped lists.
  • Attacking, overloading or probing the service, or using webhooks and the API to target other systems.
  • Reselling access, or using the service to build a competing copy of it.

Availability

KikoPraise is in early access. It is provided as is, may change or have downtime, and we do not promise a service level. Export your data any time from Settings.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time and your data is removed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it applies.
