Customer testimonials for local businesses
Your customers are in WhatsApp, not email. Paste a personal link into the chat, see when they open it and reply, and put their words on your website.
Ask where your customers already are
- 1
Make a personal link
Create a request link for a customer and paste it into WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or an SMS. Or print the form's QR code at the counter.
- 2
They reply from their phone
They write a few lines or record a short video in the browser, with an optional star rating. No app and no account.
- 3
Put it on your site
Approve the ones you like and paste one snippet into your website builder, or share your Wall of Love page.
Made for a busy counter
Know who to follow up
Each request shows Not opened, Opened or Completed, so you only chase the people who haven't replied.
Unhappy customers stay private
A form can route low ratings to a private feedback step, so a complaint reaches you instead of your website.
Polite by default
Someone asked in the last 7 days, or who replied in the last 30, is skipped, so a customer is never asked twice by mistake.
Nothing goes live without you
Every reply arrives as Pending. You can fix a typo before approving it, and unpublish it later.
Questions about this
How do I get testimonials from local customers?
Ask in person or right after the visit, in the app they use. Send a personal KikoPraise link over WhatsApp or SMS, or show a QR code at the counter. It takes them about a minute from their phone.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. The link opens a page in their phone's browser. They type a few lines or record a short video, and submit.
Does KikoPraise read my WhatsApp messages?
No. It never connects to your WhatsApp or Facebook account. You paste the link into the chat yourself, and KikoPraise tracks when that link is opened and answered.
Can I put testimonials on a Wix, Squarespace or WordPress site?
Any builder that lets you add an HTML or embed block can take the snippet. Where scripts are blocked there is an iframe version. Not every builder has been tested yet.
What if a customer leaves a bad review?
Nothing is public until you approve it. A form can also send low ratings to a private feedback step, so you hear about the problem first.
