Senja vs Testimonial.to (2026): Prices, Limits and Which to Pick

2 November 2026

Senja vs Testimonial.to (2026): the two companies' logos, with prices, video limits and which to pick

Senja and Testimonial.to, compared on what you pay for brands, videos and seats, with every price checked on their own pages on 31 October 2026.

We make KikoPraise, a testimonial tool that competes with both of these. So this comparison sticks to what Senja and Testimonial.to publish about themselves: their pricing pages and help docs, read on 31 October 2026, with links at the end. Where we mention KikoPraise, it is in its own section and clearly marked.

The short answer

  • Pick Senja if you run more than one brand, collect video, or want the most widget types and import sources. Its $29 plan has no testimonial limit, and its $59 plan covers five projects.
  • Pick Testimonial.to if you have one website, collect mostly text, and want the lowest paid price. Starter is $25 a month, but it allows only two video testimonials in total.
  • Watch the per-space pricing. Testimonial.to's Ultimate plans are priced for each space, so the bill grows with every brand or client.

The biggest difference: brands and clients

This is where the two tools part ways.

Senja counts projects. Starter includes one, and Pro includes five, then charges $10 a month for each extra project. Seats work the same way: five on Pro, then $5 a month each.

Testimonial.to counts spaces, and from Ultimate upward the price is per space. Free and Starter include one.

Here is what that means for an agency with three clients that each need video testimonials:

PlanMonthly cost
SenjaPro (5 projects)$59
Testimonial.toUltimate, 3 spaces at $50$150

For a single business with one website, the difference disappears and Testimonial.to's Starter is the cheaper ticket.

Video testimonials

Testimonial.to sets hard caps below Ultimate. Free and Starter both allow two video testimonials in total, each up to two minutes. Ultimate and Ultimate+ lift that to unlimited videos of up to five minutes.

Senja doesn't cap videos per plan. The free plan stores video in SD, and Starter adds HD. Its pricing page doesn't state a maximum length.

If video is the main reason you're buying, Testimonial.to's Starter is the wrong plan: you would be on Ultimate at $50 a month per space.

Asking for testimonials

Both collect through a form link you can send anywhere. They differ on requests sent for you.

  • Senja sends automated email requests on Starter and Pro. Its Invites tab shows who was sent a request and who opened, clicked or submitted.
  • Testimonial.to has an email assistant on Ultimate and Ultimate+. You BCC it on an email and it follows up for you, with 1,000 or 3,000 sends a month per space. It reports delivery status rather than opens or replies.

On WhatsApp, both work after the conversation has happened. Testimonial.to's Chrome extension saves a WhatsApp Web message with a right-click. Senja documents importing WhatsApp messages by hand or with its Chrome extension. Neither documents sending a tracked request inside WhatsApp itself.

Importing praise you already have

Testimonial.to imports from X, LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, Yelp, Google, TikTok "and more".

Senja says it imports from "30+ platforms" or a CSV. Its own pages give different counts in different places (18, 30 and 35), so check that the source you need is on its list. It also imports a Testimonial.to Wall of Love from its URL, on every plan, and offers a free done-for-you migration.

Approval before anything goes public

Both keep you in control, in different ways.

In Senja, every testimonial is Approved or Unapproved. Form submissions arrive unapproved unless you switch on auto-approve, while imports arrive approved. Unapproved testimonials can't be used in widgets or on a Wall of Love.

In Testimonial.to, nothing reaches your Wall of Love until you click its heart. An optional setting fills the wall automatically instead.

API, webhooks and AI

SenjaTestimonial.to
REST API and webhooksStarter and upUltimate and up
ZapierStarter and upUltimate and up (and Make)
MCP connector for AI appsEvery plan, including FreeUltimate and up

Senja's MCP connector reads testimonials, sends form invites and tags testimonials from Claude or another AI app. Senja also includes AI analysis, case studies and short video Reels on its free plan, and translation into 20 languages on Pro.

Testimonial.to keeps its larger extras for Ultimate+: an AI video editor, case study collection, NPS surveys and Brand Monitor.

Which should you pick?

Pick Senja if:

  • you manage two or more brands or clients;
  • you want video testimonials without paying $50 a month;
  • you want an API, webhooks or an MCP connector without the top plan;
  • you're moving from Testimonial.to and want the import done for you.

Pick Testimonial.to if:

  • you have one website and collect mostly text, so Starter at $25 a month covers you;
  • you want NPS surveys and brand monitoring in the same tool, and the Ultimate+ price works for you.

A third option: KikoPraise

This is our product, so weigh this section accordingly.

KikoPraise is built around asking, especially in the chats where your customers already talk to you. You paste a personal link into WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS or email, and KikoPraise shows whether it was opened and when it was completed. Links are unlimited on every plan, and the free plan includes 20 tracked email requests a month.

Everything arrives as Pending. You can fix a typo before approving it, and nothing reaches a widget or Wall of Love until you do, unless you switch on auto-approve for a form.

PriceWhat you get
Free$0, no time limit15 testimonials, 1 form, unlimited widgets and a Wall of Love
Grow$29 a monthUnlimited text testimonials and forms, 100 videos up to 3 minutes, 2 seats, your own domain, API, webhooks and MCP
Scale$59 a month3 brands, 5 seats, 500 videos up to 5 minutes, 3 custom domains

Where it's behind both: KikoPraise has seven widget layouts against Senja's 23 widget types, imports from X (with its browser extension), CSV or a pasted link rather than dozens of platforms, and has no AI features. Its MCP connector starts on Grow, not Free.
