Pricing questions
Is KikoPraise free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It includes 15 testimonials, one collection form, unlimited widgets, a Wall of Love and unlimited WhatsApp and chat links.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Your customers can still send you praise, so a form or request link never breaks. New testimonials over your limit are saved but locked: you can see that they arrived, and you can read and publish them when you upgrade or make room by deleting older ones.
What counts as a testimonial?
Every testimonial stored in your workspace: text or video, collected or imported, pending, approved or rejected. Deleting one frees its place.
How long can video testimonials be?
Up to 1 minute on Free, 3 minutes on Grow and 5 minutes on Scale. You can set a shorter limit on any form.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade applies straight away. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my testimonials if I downgrade?
Nothing you have already collected is deleted or hidden, and your forms keep working. New testimonials over the lower plan's limit are locked, and the KikoPraise badge returns to your widgets.
Which plan is right for an agency?
Scale. It gives you 3 brands, one per client, each with its own testimonials, forms, widgets, Wall of Love and custom domain, and 5 team members. On Grow you can still sort praise by client with groups and share a filtered wall for each.
What is the difference between team members and brands?
A brand is one business or client: its own testimonials, forms, widgets, Wall of Love and domain. Team members are the people who can sign in to your account, you included. Everyone on your team can work on every brand.
Do you charge per WhatsApp or chat link?
No. Tracked links you paste into WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or SMS are unlimited on every plan. Only emails that KikoPraise sends for you count towards the monthly email limit.
How do I pay?
By card, through Polar, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Yearly plans cost the same as ten months.
Do all plans get support?
Yes. Every plan, Free included, gets email support. Scale's questions are answered first.
